Please note that this repair or exchange does not apply to watches that have suffered physical damage caused by the customer, and that we will not refund any return shipping costs UNLESS you received the wrong model. If you send us a perfectly working watch, it will be sent directly back to you.

14. Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with your product or service?
 
We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted products, within 30 days of arrival.
There is a 30-DAY WARRANTY on the watches, for manufacturers' defects ONLY. This does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage. We have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, so we can easily determine manufacturers' defects from wear and tear.
